More Information
We allow a maximum of one person at a time on the trampolines and have between two and four trampolines with a Head Coach leading the class. Members rotate round the trampolines taking turns on all the practice trampolines and receiving one-to-one tuition with the Head Coach.
Turns are usually 1.5 minutes each to allow some time to get instruction and support from the coach, then they will have a chance to put the instructions into practice and return to the Head Coaches trampoline for the skills to be assessed and receive more feedback, and so on.
Springfit encourage parents and carers to stay to help with “spotting” where possible. This is standing to the side of the trampolines in order to make sure the member bouncing has the safest environment possible.

At Springfit, children can start trampolining from the age of 2. We have classes designed for all ages, allowing kids to develop their skills in a fun and safe environment. It’s never too early to jump into the fun!
Absolutely! Our beginner classes are tailored for those new to trampolining. Our friendly instructors ensure that everyone feels comfortable while learning the basics. Join us for a session, and you’ll be bouncing in no time!
Please wear comfortable sportswear that allows for free movement. We recommend grip socks for safety on the trampoline. Don’t forget to bring water to stay hydrated!

Yes, we encourage grown ups to come help with “spotting” on the side of the trampoline when possible.
